HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Medlock Partners. This role offers a unique blend of administrative support and advisory responsibilities, requiring travel across the North West region.
This dynamic opportunity allows you to contribute to HR operations within a values-driven environment, supporting sites across the region under the guidance of the HR Manager.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including maintaining accurate employee records and processing data efficiently.
- Manage recruitment processes from advertising roles to onboarding new staff members.
- Support the implementation and management of HR systems, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Monitor and assist with pre-employment checks, including Enhanced DBS clearance and reference collection.
- Oversee absence management and maintain accurate records for payroll and performance tracking.
- HR administration experience and familiarity with HR systems.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
