At ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED, we are seeking an experienced Operational Support Coordinator to join our team in Runcorn. This permanent position involves managing the effective allocation and distribution of incidents to field engineers, ensuring the efficient use of logistical and field engineer resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer awareness and progress of nominated incidents, requiring high levels of organisation and experience in a similar role. Flexibility is essential in adapting to existing working processes.
A background in IT would be beneficial but is not essential. Our client utilises various technologies including WIFI, CCTV, Tablet, People traffic cameras, EPOS, Network Cabling, AV, and EAS/RFiD.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent PC and telephone skills, as well as strong communication skills. Experience in a similar role is required, along with excellent organisational skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 DOE, complemented by benefits such as Private Health Care, Monthly Pay, and Company Pension.
