Main Objectives:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with institutional goals
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor student progress and retention rates to inform curriculum improvements
Key Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in curriculum management within Further Education
  • Leadership and team development expertise
  • Ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Higher Education provision and sector trends
