Job Title: Higher Education Administrator Assistant

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and provide support to our academics.

  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and arranging visas as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Key Requirements:
  • Fixed Term Contract
  • Full-time working pattern
Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is £13.00 - £14.00 per hour.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced educational environment, supporting our academics and contributing to the success of our students.

You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including managing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
