Folkestone Girls is seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, supporting their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning support, working closely with class teachers and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with parents and guardians.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging lessons, promoting student engagement and motivation.
- Provide expert support during lessons, enabling students to access challenging curriculum content.
- Hold regular meetings with teachers and parents to discuss student progress and set achievable goals.
To be considered for this role, you must hold English and Mathematics GCSEs (A-C) / equivalent qualifications, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality education. The salary for this position is within the KR6 range (£22,183 - £30,768 per annum), reflecting your experience and qualifications.
