Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences through lesson planning and implementation, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students' personal and academic development, providing tailored guidance to meet individual needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to supporting children's educational growth and well-being.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Experience in a school setting, ideally in a teaching or support role, with HLTA qualification preferred.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to working with different age groups and learning styles.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
