Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Team Lead - Occupational Therapy, your primary duties will include:
  • • Providing expert clinical leadership to the occupational therapy team
    • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans for patients
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
    • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • • A diploma or degree in occupational therapy
    • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
    • Accredited practice educator status
    • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or willingness to develop a master's degree
    • Experience working at a senior level in an acute hospital setting

Salary and Benefits
