Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regular care audits, providing clinical leadership, and maintaining excellence through practice development and quality improvement. This includes:

  • Leading care audits to ensure high standards of care.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to develop staff skills and knowledge.
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Managing a planned programme of support across your area of focus.
