Job Title: Senior Healthcare Manager

About the Role:
Premier Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our team in an EBD/LD environment. As a Senior Healthcare Manager, you will provide support and guidance to staff, ensuring high-quality care and support to service users. This role involves working closely with individuals with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, well-being, and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered consistently.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of individual care plans, ensuring that they meet the needs of each service user.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
  • Manage shifts effectively, including overseeing rotas, sleep-ins, and emergency cover to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Identify training needs within the team and assist in the delivery of training sessions to support staff development.


Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar setting, with a focus on Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and/or Learning Disabilities.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including sleep-ins and weekends as required.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
