Premier Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated Team Lead to oversee our team in an EBD/LD environment. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding staff, ensuring high-quality care and support to service users. You will work closely with individuals with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities, creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, well-being, and positive outcomes.

Main Duties:
  1. Provide leadership and supervision to a team of support staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high standards of care and support.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop, implement, and review individual care plans, meeting the needs of each service user.
  3. Monitor compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
  4. Manage shifts effectively, overseeing rotas, sleep-ins, and emergency cover to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  5. Identify and address training needs within the team, delivering training sessions to support staff development.


Essential Criteria:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar setting, focusing on Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and/or Learning Disabilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including sleep-ins and weekends as required.
  • A full UK driving license is necessary.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,500 per annum.
  • Sleep-in allowance for 6 sleep-ins per month.
