Job Title: Functional Healthcare Professional
About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled Functional Healthcare Professional to join our team at Donard Recruitment. As a Functional Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a safe and empathetic service for claimants.
Key Duties:
- Manage caseloads from end to end, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments and reports.
- Provide comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).
- Deliver a safe and empathetic service for claimants.
- Work in a hybrid working role with Full time and Part time roles available.
- Opportunities for training and career development.
Benefits:
- Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500.
- 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus.
- OTE: £45,650.
- Flexible working hours.
- Training options: 12 weeks' (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week).
- 25 days holiday per annum, rising to 27 days with service.
