About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef and Chef Manager to join our team at Eurest. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and driving the success of our workplace catering services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, leading teams, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. You will work closely with your team to develop and implement strategies to reduce food wastage and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, leading teams, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that all company promotions are correctly implemented, identifying additional opportunities, and discussing them with your line manager.

You will analyse and effectively manage all in-unit costs, monitor and manage GP, and ensure that cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained.
