About Us:Staverton Park Hotel & Golf Club is a purpose-built Hotel, Golf and Conference Venue, offering a wide range of facilities for both business and leisure guests.
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
- Cost Control: Monitor food and operating costs, implementing cost-saving initiatives to optimize profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high culinary standards, adhering to company policies and SOPs.
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a kitchen manager or senior chef in a similar establishment
- Qualifications: Food safety certification, Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
