We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchens and Restaurants Manager to join our team at the Austin Fraser Hotel & Golf Resort in Daventry, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Cost Management: Manage and control food and operating costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared is of the highest quality, meeting company standards and guidelines.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and stored safely.

Requirements and Salary:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a senior kitchen role is essential.
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £30,000 per annum + overtime.
