  6. Manage a team of H+S Advisers across all social housing maintenance work streams.
    1. Necessary qualifications include a NEBOSH or NCRQ certificate or equivalent H&S qualification, or membership of a professional institution.
    2. Prior experience in social housing within major planned works projects is required.
    3. Proven experience managing a team of H+S Advisers within a social housing environment is essential.
    4. Evidence of continued professional development is necessary.
