Service Desk Analyst

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring seamless operation of our IT systems, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately log and manage IT incidents and service requests, prioritizing tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to prepare hardware and software for implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and operation.
- Identify and implement improvements in existing IT systems and procedures, enhancing overall efficiency and user experience.
- Install, configure, and manage IT hardware and software as required, maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with users, ensuring exceptional service quality and managing customer expectations.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a technical support role, with a strong aptitude for learning new skills.
- Proficiency in Desktop Support and Microsoft 365, with a willingness to expand technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
