Job Overview

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Log and track IT incidents and service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware to provide expert-level support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is beneficial.
