We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Incident Management: Log and manage incidents and requests in our ServiceNow system, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior teams as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service desk processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Office, and experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
