Service Desk Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer-centric support, adhering to service level agreements and ITIL standards
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating as necessary
  • Manage customer expectations through regular ticket updates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Contribute to service improvements and process enhancements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service and IT support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (O365) and Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow)
  • First-line level IT support experience, preferably in a remote support position
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • IT-related degree or equivalent experience
