Your new role as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst plays a vital part in providing IT support functions to internal staff and external partners. They provide technical advice and support in relation to all IT deployed hardware and software, ensuring compliance with the company's IT policies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.
- A basic understanding of PC hardware is necessary.
- Experience of supporting a Windows 10 desktop environment is required.
- Knowledge of Active Directory is also necessary.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £17 per hour, with the opportunity to work on site after being fully trained on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal staff and external partners.
- Log incidents and requests on behalf of customers.
- Ensure compliance with the company's IT policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
