Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Rock Compliance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, improving our market position, and achieving financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop a personal sales strategy, inclusive of target lists and sales targets, to secure new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Liaison with Clients: Serve as an interface between the client and the Company, attending contract review meetings and communicating client agendas and requirements to other members of staff.
- Site Based Working: Work away from time to time, as required by the operational needs of the business.
Required Skills:
- Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning experience desirable.
- Vocational training courses relating to water hygiene.
- Previous exposure to the Water Hygiene sector either in an operating environment or sales.
- Proven sales track record.
- Confident IT user, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confidence and a persuasive manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Full clean driving licence.
