Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and engagement with potential customers.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, increasing sales and revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred.
