Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Network Support Specialist to join our team at CV-Library in Norwich.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work with a well-established IT services company, providing technical expertise in Windows Server and IT networking.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Network Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain IT networks, Windows Server, and Desktop technical environments.
  2. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT problems to 2nd line level.
  3. Project-Based Work: Conduct project-based work including IT deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
  4. Transportation Requirements: Possess a full UK driving license and own transport.

Technical Environment: Windows Server, Office 365, MS Exchange, DNS/DHCP, routers, switches, VPN configuration, firewalls, SharePoint, Azure AD.
