We are seeking an IT Network Specialist to join our team at SitePoint Pty in Norwich. As a skilled professional with expertise in Windows Server and IT networking, you will be responsible for supporting, installing, configuring, and maintaining our IT networks, Windows Server, and Desktop technical environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient IT networks, including Windows Server and Desktop environments.
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our services.

You will have the opportunity to work on project-based tasks, including IT deployments, migrations, and upgrades, utilizing your skills in Windows Server, Office 365, MS Exchange, DNS/DHCP, routers, switches, VPN configuration, firewalls, SharePoint, and Azure AD.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid work (2 days/week WFH), 25 days holiday (plus BHs), pension, profit share, private healthcare, gym, free parking, and enhanced maternity/paternity leave.
