Sales Development Representative

Logic Manufactured Bespoke is seeking a Sales Development Representative to develop and cultivate sales leads for our outdoor living products within the construction and commercial space.
We offer a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £44,000, plus profit share scheme, lunch provisions, learning & development opportunities, free parking, and sales support. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of successful experience in lead generation or business development, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office programmes, and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients using our internal and external databases, engaging in meaningful conversations, and achieving three qualified leads per day. Working closely with our Sales Team, you will ensure a seamless customer journey and support the overall sales process, booking sales appointments and passing the details on.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must possess a proactive mindset, take ownership of your daily tasks, and have a good understanding of client needs and tailor your approach accordingly. A creative thought process to overcome challenges and find new opportunities is essential, as well as a minimum of three GCSEs or equivalent, ideally including English and Maths.
