This role is based at our Norwich office with time spent working in the office and from home.

Flexible working:

As a Team Leader within our Customer Operations team, you'll be leading and developing a team of Customer Operations Representatives.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the team provides a great quality service and customer experience by managing the team effectively through the efficient use of all resources, systems, and procedures.

You'll also ensure a high level of engagement amongst your team, making sure they are clear on their own goals and how that aligns with the goals and strategy of the business area and the wider organisation.

You will set clear expectations of what high performance looks like.

Additionally, you will manage employees with performance issues and handle sensitive staff issues.
