At We Manage Jobs, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker - Care Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our before and after school care club provision, working closely with our delightful children and staff.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, well-organised, and creative, with a passion for working with children within EYFS, KS1, and KS2. They will have a clear philosophy of how children learn best, evidence of excellent practice, and a positive attitude.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and the successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced check by the DBS. If you are a motivated and hardworking individual who is passionate about supporting children, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the care club provision, working closely with children and staff
  • Be flexible and well-organised, with a creative approach to supporting children's learning
