Senior Practitioner in Vulnerable Children Services

We are seeking an experienced Looked After Children (LAC) Social Worker to join our team in the South of Wales. The successful candidate will work closely with foster carers to safeguard and promote the well-being of vulnerable children.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires building positive relationships with children, ensuring their voices are heard, and advocating for their best interests. Key responsibilities include developing and managing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a social work qualification and registration to Social Work Wales. A 6 months rolling contract offers flexibility and opportunities for growth. In addition to a competitive salary, exclusive loyalty bonuses supplement pay, and a £500 referral bonus is available.
