Job Title: Experienced Child Welfare Practitioner in Fostering & Adoption

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the team at Leaders in Care, a well-established local authority in the Channel Islands. As an experienced practitioner, you will provide essential support to children in foster care and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop effective plans for their care
  • Offer practical help and emotional support to ensure children's safety and well-being
  • Prioritise the needs of vulnerable children and their families
