Children's Welfare Practitioner Vacancy

We are seeking a dedicated social worker to join our MASH team, where you will work closely with partners to ensure effective support for children and families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and a Diploma or Degree in Social Work.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and threshold incoming referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a children's services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
  • £37,938 - £45,718 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual retention payment of £2,000.
  • Relocation package of up to £8,000.
