Job Title: Supporting Vulnerable Children

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to work in a small, specialist school in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs and promoting restorative approaches.

This role involves working closely with vulnerable children who have been exposed to traumas and adverse childhood experiences. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with similar populations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies to promote student engagement and progress.
  • Promoting restorative approaches to address challenging behavior and build positive relationships.
  • Fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
