SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Zen Educate is seeking experienced SEN teaching assistants to support vulnerable children with special needs in KS2-4 schools.

Our teaching staff benefit from a flexible booking system, allowing them to choose roles that suit their skills and preferences. We also provide competitive pay rates of £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, other TAs, and senior leadership to ensure children's progress and needs are met.

Job Requirements:
  • An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
