We're seeking an experienced social worker to join our close-knit team, where you'll benefit from a strong working culture and access to additional support from our permanent management team whenever needed.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive rate of £38-41 per hour, alongside regular reflective supervision and a manageable caseload.

We understand the importance of flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, especially when dealing with challenging cases. That's why we encourage remote work, with only 1 to 1.5 days in the office per week.

Job Description:

As a Senior Children's Services Coordinator, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care to all children and families involved in the service.

You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and be ready to take on new challenges as part of our close-knit team.

We're looking for a social worker who can provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.

You should have experience working with children and families, preferably in a statutory setting.
