## Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at ROC Northwest. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to children and young people with complex needs.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide individualized support and care to children and young people in a residential setting
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
* Support children and young people in their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal care
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and young people
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people

## Requirements

* A manual UK driving license is required for use of company vehicles
* Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am
* Rotating shifts, including weekends
* A Children's Residential Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
