Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and individualized support to children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
  • Encourage educational progress and personal development through engaging activities and mentorship.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, travel arrangements, and home maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with our team of professionals, including therapists, educators, and social workers.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being and positive relationships.
What We Offer:

We are dedicated to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment. As a Residential Support Specialist, you will benefit from:

  • Competitive compensation of £11.92 per hour with an additional £30.00 sleep-in rate.
  • Full-time shifts, including 8 sleeps per month, on a one on two off or two on four off shift pattern.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including sign-up bonus, refer a friend bonus, and time and a half for overtime.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience working in a residential care setting.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional care and support to children.

Successful candidates will undergo DBS and reference checks in accordance with government regulations.
