**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide individualized support and care to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
  • Encourage and support young people in their educational and personal development.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Participate in social activities and outings, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
