Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Residential Home Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential home in Wigan.

As a seasoned professional with a passion for children's care, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and leading and managing a team of staff.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans
* Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions
* Setting up policies and procedures
* Implementing plans for all children

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000, a bonus for achieving good and outstanding Ofsted ratings, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
