Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our client’s Children’s Residential home in Wigan. As a seasoned professional with a passion for children’s care, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and delivering high-quality care to young people.
">Responsibilities:
">- Manage a dedicated team of carers and support staff to deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
">- Relevant qualification in childcare or social care (e.g., NVQ Level 4 or Diploma in Leadership and Management).
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Strong understanding of current legislation and guidelines governing children’s care.
