Therapeutic Care Specialist

Clarify Consultancy Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Therapeutic Care Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Children's Home Support Worker or Senior Support Worker with a caring and empathic nature.
The ideal candidate will have gained or be studying Level 3 or 4 Children's Residential qualification and possess excellent supervisory skills. A passion for caring for and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Registered and Deputy Managers in the overall running of the home.
- Ensuring high-quality care in a residential setting, adhering to legislation and organisational policies.
- Developing a service that offers outstanding results for children and young people.
- Delivering a child-centred environment, providing physical, emotional, social, and intellectual support.
- Promoting and evidencing children's identity and linguistic needs.
- Responding to inspections, audits, complaints, and investigations.
- Taking responsibility for professional development and training events.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, based on market rates for the Northwest region.
- A 10 x 24-hour shift pattern (including sleep-ins) per month on a rolling rota.
- A comprehensive training period until early 2025, including holiday breaks during Christmas and New Year.
