About the Role

This permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours) involves working across Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working but no Bank Holidays. As a specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide highly skilled care to adults with dysphagia and/or communication impairment following diagnosis of neurological injury/condition.

You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a specialist clinical area.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, HCPC registration, and at least two years of post-registration experience in neurological rehabilitation and condition management. You will also possess excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize own caseload, and experience in supervising students and support staff.
