About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Encourage and support young people in their educational and personal development, including travel and social activities.
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
