About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our young people.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs and goals of our young people are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide 24/7 support, including sleep-ins and on-call duties.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
Requirements
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable but not essential: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, previous experience working in a therapeutic environment, or therapeutic qualifications.
