Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and optimistic Residential Support Workers to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to children and young people, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. Your work will help create a caring environment in line with our home's statement of purpose, promoting good childcare practices and supporting the personal development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment that meets the emotional, social, and physical needs of the children.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent (or willingness to work towards this, funded via an accredited Apprenticeship).
  • A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude.
  • Commitment to the principles of child protection and safeguarding.
