About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester care homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medication and delivering clinical interventions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a care home setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
