Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester care homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medication and delivering clinical interventions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements- Current NMC registration
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a care home setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices
