We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and address the needs of residents with complex health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- NMC registration and a strong understanding of current clinical practices
- Experience in care planning and risk assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
