As a Senior Healthcare Practitioner at Barchester care homes, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your role will involve creating personalized care plans, administering medication safely, and making critical clinical decisions.
Your Responsibilities- Develop tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
- Provide medicine safely and effectively
- Making informed clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional with current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
