About the Role

We Are Amnet is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop and pitch proposals.
  • Project Management: Lead client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project status, timelines, and results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of client-facing experience in an advertising, design, or media agency.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, excellent communication and project management skills, and a strong understanding of the advertising and media industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
