Strategic Reward Leadership Position

At Annapurna, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director of Reward to drive our global reward strategies forward.
About the Role:
This exciting position offers an opportunity to design and implement complex compensation packages that align with market trends and regulatory requirements in financial services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and competitive remuneration schemes that meet the needs of our business and attract top talent.
- Presents key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure our reward strategies remain aligned with best practices in the sector.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify skills gaps and develop targeted recruitment strategies to secure the best candidates for our roles.
Requirements:
- No less than 10 years' experience in a senior Reward role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in financial services.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, such as consulting.
What We Offer:
This role comes with a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
