About the Role


We're seeking a skilled Director of Total Reward to join our team at Dojo. As a core member of our People and leadership group, you'll be responsible for crafting the vision and strategy for Total Reward, overseeing payroll, and enabling our Payroll, Reward, and Benefits teams.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide strategic direction for reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's objectives.
  • Act as a cornerstone for our C-Suite, supplying crucial data and insights necessary to make informed decisions.
  • Maintain Dojo's competitive edge by leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to attract and retain top talent.
  • Review and iterate on our reward programme to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Educate our people on reward programmes to promote employee engagement and understanding.
  • Engage stakeholders to translate programme concepts into implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in new markets.

  • In-depth expertise in core reward processes, including equity, executive remuneration, and international benchmarks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to draw and communicate insights from data.
  • Excellent organisational skills to deliver complex projects in expedited timeframes.
  • An empathetic, people-first approach with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
