Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team in supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, appointments, medication, and money management. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents, supporting their families, and being an integral part of a wider mental health support network.
Supporting residents with day-to-day activities enabling them to live a full and independent life as possible is a key aspect of this role. You will help encourage and support our residents to re-learn skills and tackle new ones in a safe and supportive environment.
You will celebrate every step our residents take on their path to greater independence and mental health recovery, no matter how small. Supporting them through difficult times whilst learning from your colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Main Duties- Guiding residents with grocery shopping and attending routine appointments is essential.
- Providing emotional support to residents is crucial for their well-being.
- Encouraging residents to be as active as they would like to be as part of their local community.
- Regularly reviewing support plans ensuring they work towards our residents' needs and aspirations.
